Facebook Page administrators can request deletion of Page Inbox Center information held by BEEDROP COMPANY LIMITED as follows:

1. If you no longer want a Page connected, remove the app's access to that Page in Meta's Page or business settings.
2. Email beedrop.info@gmail.com with the subject Messenger data deletion request.
3. Include the Page name or Page ID, the business that connected it, and enough non-sensitive information to identify the conversation or records. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, access tokens or identity documents.
4. BEEDROP will verify that you are authorized, review the request and delete information under our control when required. We will reply to the request email if we need clarification or to confirm the outcome.

The current service does not provide a self-service message-deletion screen or publish a fixed completion deadline. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, or may remain with Meta or an infrastructure provider under that provider's own deletion and backup process. See the Privacy Policy.
