Terms of Service
These terms apply to Auto Publisher and Page Inbox Center, operated by BEEDROP COMPANY LIMITED (“BEEDROP,” “we,” or “us”). By connecting a Facebook Page or using the service, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that Page or business.
1. Authorized use
Use the service only for Pages you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping account access secure, selecting the correct Page, and removing staff access when it is no longer needed.
2. Messages and Page content
You remain responsible for posts, media, messages and replies you select or approve. You must have the necessary rights to use that content and comply with applicable law and Meta's terms and policies. The service is not designed to initiate unsolicited Messenger conversations. Replies must follow the messaging windows, permitted purposes and other restrictions currently imposed by Meta.
3. Staff review and automation
The production implementation reviewed for these terms supports staff-selected replies and does not currently generate AI Messenger replies. If BEEDROP enables automated replies in a later release, we will update the Privacy Policy and disclose the feature before it is used. Page administrators should keep a human staff member available to review conversations, pause automation and take over when appropriate.
4. Third-party services and availability
The service depends on Meta, Cloudflare and other providers selected by the Page administrator. Their services, policies and availability are controlled by those providers. We may temporarily suspend a connection to protect a Page, customer or the service.

Điều khoản này áp dụng cho Auto Publisher và Page Inbox Center do CÔNG TY TNHH BEEDROP vận hành. Khi kết nối Trang Facebook hoặc sử dụng dịch vụ, bạn xác nhận mình có quyền đại diện cho Trang hoặc doanh nghiệp đó.
Sử dụng hợp lệ và nội dung
Chỉ sử dụng dịch vụ cho Trang mà bạn có quyền quản lý. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật tài khoản, chọn đúng Trang và gỡ quyền nhân viên khi không còn cần thiết. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về bài đăng, hình ảnh, tin nhắn và câu trả lời do mình chọn hoặc phê duyệt; đồng thời phải có quyền sử dụng nội dung và tuân thủ pháp luật cũng như điều khoản, chính sách của Meta. Dịch vụ không được thiết kế để chủ động gửi tin Messenger không được yêu cầu. Câu trả lời phải tuân thủ cửa sổ nhắn tin, mục đích được phép và các giới hạn hiện hành của Meta.
Nhân viên và tự động hóa
Bản đang chạy được kiểm tra hỗ trợ câu trả lời do nhân viên chọn và hiện chưa tạo câu trả lời Messenger bằng AI. Nếu BEEDROP bật trả lời tự động trong phiên bản sau, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật Chính sách quyền riêng tư và thông báo trước khi sử dụng. Quản trị viên Trang nên duy trì khả năng để nhân viên xem hội thoại, tạm dừng tự động hóa và tiếp nhận xử lý khi phù hợp.
